Elise Perelman/Lunessa Designer Jewelry

Lunessa Designer Jewelry launched in 2000 when Elise Perelman, an FIT fashion design graduate, created a line of bejeweled bracelets and chandelier earrings. The fresh young graduate set up 'shop' with a table full of sparkling gems on the corner of lower Fifth Ave in Manhattan. After five years of cultivating her collection, Elise quickly built a loyal following of her creative designs. At the same time, she attended the Studio Jeweler's School and apprenticed under a renowned master jeweler. These formative years taught her the importance of timeless design, exceptional quality and the freedom of spirit to be creative. These principles are the foundation of Elise's retail gallery, Lunessa Designer Jewelry, and her elegant namesake line, Elise Perelman Designs.

The word Lunessa (lu·ness·a) was inspired by the Crescent Goddess and all her treasures - feminine and celestial. Lunessa Designer Jewelry is a lovely, enchanted store; home to the collection of New York City jewelry designer and owner Elise Perelman. Lunessa's jewel box is filled with a carefully selected array of artisan and fine jewelry; each collection features classic, feminine pieces of extraordinary beauty, craftsmanship and value. Lunessa's repertoire of local and distant designers include Becky Kelso, Dana Kellin, Michael Michoud, Mischa, Aya Zakura, Catherine Weitzman and BOJC, to name a few. A jewelry lover's haven, there is truly something for everyone at Lunessa.

Nava Zahavi

A uniquely talented jewelry designer, Nava Zahavi, was born in Israel, a country rich in ancient culture bordered by the Mediterranean Sea. Nava's jewelry is a distinctive reflection of the cultural and environmental influences she experienced in her youth, as well as in her extensive world travels. The distinguishing Byzantine characteristics in her work can be traced to ancient Egypt and Greece, while her use of colorful stones reflects the brilliance of nature surrounding her: Aquamarine represents the sea and sky, Citrine and Rutilated stones evoke the sandy beaches and Carnelian depicts the warm sun.
